• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet for hotel guests, weekdays 5am start, Weekends 6am start.
• Ensure all food items are properly displayed and replenished as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast area
• Greet and assist guests with their breakfast needs
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and other hotel staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Dietary aide experience is a plus
