As part of our opening team, you'll help establish the standards, teamwork, and culture that define D'Oro from day one.
Expectations:
Clearing and resetting tables quickly while maintaining attention to detail Ensuring every table is clean, polished, and guest-ready Assisting with water service and other guest needs as directed Keeping dining rooms, service stations, and common areas clean, stocked, and organized Assisting servers, food runners, hosts, and bartenders throughout service Polishing glassware, silverware, and other service items Monitoring the dining room to anticipate the needs of both guests and teammates Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your shift Supporting opening, closing, and side work responsibilities
Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required. Schedule & Pay:
Lunch, dinner, weekends, and holiday availability are preferred Flexible scheduling available Base pay of $11/hr plus tip-out
