Assist with food safety management by adhering to sanitizing protocols and monitoring hygiene standards. Support catering and banquet events by setting up serving stations, assisting with food presentation, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Engage in in-person customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods. Follow all food safety sanitizing procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is essential. Experience with cleaning routines and sanitizing procedures within a food service setting. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests face-to-face. Food safety management understanding to uphold hygiene standards consistently. Previous hospitality or food industry experience is desirable but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
