AVI Foodsystems at Aultman Hospital is seeking a good candidate for the Cafeteria/Retail Food Service Worker position. Great starting rate of $15.00/hr weekdays, $16.00/hr weekends with continual opportunities to make more money in this fast-paced entry-level position in the Retail Food and Beverage Industry within Aultman Hospital.

Responsibilities:

The right candidate will possess excellent customer service, integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, and values with the organization. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team. Anticipates customer needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Works with an exceptional Culinary Team. Provides quality food and beverage products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products. Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed Follows AVI operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, food handling, and safety.
