Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, personable, and hardworking Hotel Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This position is primarily responsible for providing excellent service to our hotel guests, preparing beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar, and creating a positive guest experience. Because our bar can experience slower periods, this position will also provide kitchen support during slower shifts . This may include assisting with basic food preparation, cooking menu items, plating and serving food, cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen duties as needed. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments and is willing to jump in wherever the team needs support. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to hotel guests Prepare beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar Take food and beverage orders and process guest checks accurately Follow all alcohol service and food safety regulations Assist with opening and closing duties Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs During slower bar periods, assist the kitchen with food preparation and cooking Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and bar area Work cooperatively with the Front Desk and other hotel departments Help create a welcoming experience for guests from arrival through departure Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Previous bartending or food service experience preferred Comfortable preparing and serving alcoholic beverages Basic cooking or kitchen experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable and punctual Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable staying productive during slower periods Willingness to help wherever needed Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a hotel environment This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and doesn't want to stand behind a bar all night.
