$13-$15 per hour plus carry out tips Local Cantina Dublin is hiring friendly, dependable Front of House team members to join us at our Bridge Park location. Located in the heart of Bridge Park, Local Cantina is a busy neighborhood taco joint serving up tacos, margaritas and genuine hospitality. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, likes staying busy and can be counted on when things get moving. This is a hands-on restaurant support role that includes hosting, running food, bussing and resetting tables, and supporting our service team throughout the shift. Our biggest need is availability on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. If you're looking for consistent shifts on some of the busiest days of the week, we'd especially love to hear from you. What You'll Do Welcome guests and create a great first impression Manage the host stand, seating and wait times Run food quickly and accurately Clear, clean and reset tables Keep the dining room and patio clean and organized Refill beverages and assist guests as needed Support servers, bartenders and kitchen team members Jump in where needed to keep service running smoothly What We're Looking For You don't need years of restaurant experience to be great at this job. We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and comfortable talking with guests Dependable and ready to work scheduled shifts Comfortable staying active in a fast-paced restaurant Willing to jump in and help the team Able to communicate clearly and stay organized Able to stand and move throughout the shift Available evenings and weekends Available Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and/or Sundays Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person.
