Aug 18, 2026 Job Description Olentangy Schools is seeking qualified candidates for a Food Service Worker, 5hr position available at Olentangy Berkshire Middle School for the 2026-27 school year. This position will provide a nutritious, safe, and healthy lunch to students; prepare and serve food items; run cash register; clean up cafeteria. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, successful background checks, and hold or be eligible to hold a valid aide permit (where appropriate) for each position with the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce. Employment status: Classified, 184-day employment contract, 5 hours per day Qualifications for the position include: High school diploma or equivalent Prior school food service experience preferred Alternative to the above qualifications as Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate Internal candidates (currently employed by Olentangy Schools) must submit an internal online application in Applicant Tracking (SchoolSpring).

NOTE:
