The Breakfast Buffet Attendant plays an important role in creating a positive dining experience by ensuring our buffet is fresh, well-stocked, clean, and inviting. Key Responsibilities Turning on buffet units to pre-heat and pre-cool before service Loading hot and cold food items into the buffet Setting out utensils needed for the buffet items Setting out condiments for buffet items Check to confirm China dinner plates and bowls were preheated Place on trays, breakfast pastries for buffet service Knowledge of all food items on the buffet Assists guest as needed answering questions, assistance to return to their table Refilling items on the buffet as needed, KEEPING
