Duties Prepare and serve breakfast items efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with food handling, portioning, and basic food preparation tasks to support smooth service flow Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, toasters, coffee machines Uphold food safety management practices by following hygiene protocols and proper food handling techniques Engage with guests courteously, providing friendly in-person customer service and addressing their needs promptly Support cleaning routines including dishwashing, trash disposal, and surface sanitization to ensure a hygienic environment Handle weight-based tasks such as ingredient measurements or portion control with accuracy using basic math skills Put deliveries away. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! Fine dining experience or restaurant experience will be advantageous for understanding high standards of service Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling practices is highly desirable Experience operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, coffee machines, or POS systems enhances your readiness for this role Familiarity with wine knowledge or catering experience can add value but is not essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests in a fast-paced setting This energetic role invites motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
