In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests enjoying our breakfast service, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable mornings for our guests, setting the tone for their entire day. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring all food is presented attractively and meets quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and portioning ingredients accurately Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations Greet guests warmly in person, providing excellent customer service and addressing any special dietary requests or inquiries Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining attention to detail in handling money and receipts Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality, especially in fine dining or restaurant settings, is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and sanitizing procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as lifting trays and weight handling in the workplace safely Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and basic culinary techniques Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor in person interactions Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory counts Experience with wine knowledge or beverage service is a plus but not required Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or flexible shifts as needed in a fast-paced environment Join us to deliver exceptional breakfast experiences that delight our guests from the moment they arrive!
