Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, adhering strictly to food safety sanitizing procedures Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly, attentive service Handle food safely during preparation, serving, and storage in compliance with food safety management protocols Restock buffet stations and ensure all serving utensils, plates, and beverages are replenished promptly Operate POS systems efficiently for guest transactions while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and order processing Follow manual handling guidelines when lifting or moving heavy supplies or equipment to prevent injuries Qualifications Prior experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining or restaurant settings Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling best practices Experience with food preparation, serving, catering or banquet operations is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems and basic weight handling in the workplace Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Culinary experience or barista experience is a plus but not required Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support breakfast service schedules Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest's morning brighter!
