Summary We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Host to join our team at Antonio's Real Italian Pizza. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued as they enter our restaurant. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining our tradition of excellent service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow and efficiency. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions. Assist with guest inquiries and ensure a positive dining experience. Maintain cleanliness of the host area and ensure it is well-stocked with necessary supplies. Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure smooth communication regarding guest needs. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, particularly Aloha POS. A passion for food service and helping others is essential.
