BREAKFAST ATTENDANT

Fairfield by Marriott Port Clinton is looking for an energetic, hardworking, motivated person with excellent customer service skills and a desire to work in the hospitality industry. We are looking for a team member that is in search of position as a breakfast host/hostess/attendant. The breakfast attendant will be responsible for preparing and serving daily breakfast bar, greeting each guest and ensuring that guests are comfortable and satisfied. Working hours for this position are approximately 5:00am to 11:00am. This is a year-round position . Duties include

• Providing personalized service to all guests
• Setting up and maintaining breakfast as required by brand and health department standards
• Preparing foods such as eggs, breakfast meats, fresh fruit, and coffee
• Setting up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups and other paper products
• Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated
• Preparing and setting up hot food items
• Follow menu requirements as provided by the brand
• Washing serving equipment and returning to storage
• Keeping breakfast area clean including removing trash, cleaning breakfast area and kitchen counters, cabinets and floors
