Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times (Chat with our guest and make them feel at home). Promptly and effectively deal with guest complaints and requests. Performs other additional and related duties assigned by the supervisors and or the General Manager to provide service and teamwork in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Meet and exceed Customer and Associate expectations by providing service and teamwork. Projects a favorable image of the hotel to the public at all times. Attendance is crucial to position. Adheres to all hotel policies and standard operating procedures (SOP's).
Specific Essential Tasks/Duties:

Recognizes guests immediately with a friendly, courteous greeting and informs them of breakfast selections at their disposal. Assists guests with menu and beverage selection, demonstrating salespersonship with complete menu and product knowledge. Ensures guest satisfaction through food quality checks and responsiveness to guest complaints. Maintains a well-groomed, neat, and clean appearance, carrying out duties with attention to sanitation and safety. Ensure daily cleaning of the breakfast area, kitchen, kitchen equipment, all floors and surfaces Ensure tables and counters are wiped, before, during and after breakfast service. Supervise breakfast area and make sure it is stocked throughout the morning. Ensure coffee station is stocked and clean throughout the morning. Maintain all equipment, conduct an inventory on the last day of each accounting period, and maintain breakfast area supplies at par Receiving and stocking food orders when needed. Performs inventories. This position operates in a working environment that is subject to varying levels of noise and crowds that depends upon customer volume. Associates are at times subjected to hazards such as chemicals; proper safety precautions are followed. Minimizes safety hazards by practicing safety and following all safety rules and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written form with guests and associates. Detail- Oriented (ability to pay special attention to detail). Must be able to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed (days, weekends, and holidays) This position is physical in nature and requires complete physical mobility, including, but not limited to, bending, carrying, climbing stairs, crawling, reaching and squatting. Position requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds of supplies and push and pull up to 50 pounds of supplies. Normal working hours for position is 5-11 am (hours are not conclusive). Previous Hotel experience is preferred. Attendance is crucial to position.
