Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests during breakfast service. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional guest services, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting with food preparation to deliver a delightful dining experience. Prefer serv safe certificate. Duties Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked with food items and supplies. Prepare and present breakfast items according to established standards, ensuring quality and freshness. Provide excellent guest relations by greeting guests warmly, assisting with their needs, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for any transactions related to breakfast services. Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals to maintain a tidy dining environment. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while preparing food and serving guests. Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and meal presentation is a plus. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.
