Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during breakfast service. You will ensure that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and organized while providing excellent customer service. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will help us deliver a memorable dining experience.

SHIFT STARTS AT 6 AM

Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast area before service begins, ensuring all food items are fresh and appealing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast station throughout service, adhering to food safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their breakfast selections. Monitor food inventory levels and restock items as necessary during service. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including coffee machines and food warmers. Assist with meal preparation as needed, including cutting fruits or preparing pastries. Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items when required. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Proficient in using kitchen tools, including knives for meal preparation. Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation. Ability to operate a POS system for any necessary transactions or record keeping. Previous experience as a delivery driver is advantageous but not required.
