Job Duties Include:

Light cooking: eggs, omelets, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc Setting up the breakfast buffet for service to our guests Restocking, cleaning, maintaining the breakfast area during our service hours Prepping food for the next day's breakfast Breakdown the buffet after service hours Cleaning, sanitizing, sweeping, mopping kitchen/breakfast area at the conclusion of breakfast Stock rotation: maintaining our inventory in our freezers and refrigerators

Requirements:

• Driver's License and reliable transportation; sorry no train or bus station within walking distance to our hotel.
• Ability to stand on your feet for 8+ hours at a time
• Ability to push, pull, carry, lift up to 50 lbs
