Position Summary The par-time Utility Worker position is responsible for assisting guests service by quickly and thoroughly cleaning the food counters of the food court and sweeping of the food court floor. The Utility Worker will also assist in the sorting and rolling of clean silverware. This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching About the Venue OVG's hospitality division partners with Winstar World Casino to provide hospitality guest services at Gran Via Buffet. Our goal is to provide our guests with a GREAT experience when they join us for a meal. Responsibilities
Cleans food counters and surrounding areas.
Cleans any spill or dropped food item off the food court floor.
Restock ice and soda bids, as needed throughout the shift. (Not the end of the shift.)
Sort silverware and roll into silverware sets.
Take out trash.
Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
All employees must obtain a valid gaming license from the State Gaming Agency and Tribel Gaming Office prior to beginning work and required to have a license renewed every two (2) years.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume fine dining, casual, and/or fast food restaurant preferred.
Must have the ability to acquire and maintain a valid Health Food Handlers Card, Suspicious Activity, Blood Borne Pathogen (BBP) and other required compliance training. Must be able to Lift and carry: Ice - 16lbs
Soda bibs - 30lbs
