In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of breakfast items, ensuring the dining area is inviting, clean, and well-stocked. Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast foods with precision, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Ensure all food safety sanitizing procedures are followed diligently to uphold health regulations Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, toasters, coffee machines, and food warmers Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies regularly Assist with food handling and processing cash transactions using POS systems accurately Support food preparation tasks such as slicing, assembling, and portioning ingredients while adhering to dietary guidelines Provide friendly in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing any special requests or dietary needs Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or catering roles Knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures is essential for maintaining a safe environment Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace and operating kitchen equipment safely Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing inventory levels Experience with wine knowledge or culinary experience is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating memorable mornings for our guests!
