Join our team as a Banquets Attendant! As a Banquet Attendant, you're the behind-the-scenes superhero who sets the stage for amazing events! You'll set up, tidy up, and keep an eagle eye on your assigned area to make sure every guest is having a fantastic time. Dive into a role with plenty of variety—your shifts might include evenings and weekends, but you'll be right where the action is!
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Superstar:
Deliver the highest level of guest service with enthusiasm—greet everyone with a warm smile and positive attitude that makes every arrival extra special!
Cleanliness Captain:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, polish, and wipe down every area—before, during, and after each event—ensuring the banquet space is always sparkling, organized, and safe!
Closing Time Champion:
At the end of every function and workday, guarantee that all banquet rooms are cleared, locked up securely, and all equipment is neatly stored in its designated spot.
Dining Dynamo:
Welcome guests at their tables, present menus, answer questions, take and serve food and beverage orders, monitor tables for attentive service, and keep everything clean and restocked for a seamless dining experience.
Trustworthy Team Player:
Maintain a high level of responsibility and integrity with access to sensitive hotel areas and info—always represent the company with stellar character, sound judgment, and a reputation for reliability!
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Three to six months related experience or equivalent training required; must be proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking). Skilled at handling challenging customer situations with professionalism, respect, and prompt service. Understands and follows all policies, procedures, safety, and security protocols; properly uses equipment and reports hazards. Communicates ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, tailored to the audience. Consistently meets work schedule demands, arrives on time, and is flexible for varying hours as needed by business. PROPERTY INFORMATION
Eagle Crest is a full-service destination resort located just outside the city of Redmond on 1700 acres in the high desert of Central Oregon. Nestled against the majestic Cascade Mountains near Bend, Oregon, Eagle Crest boasts over 300 days of sunshine each year with an annual rainfall of less than nine inches. The accommodation is equipped with a satellite TV. There is also a kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher. An oven and coffee machine are also featured. Each unit has a private bathroom with free toiletries.
