In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast to guests, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction will help create memorable mornings for our visitors. Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast items efficiently, adhering to food safety standards and dietary guidelines Set up breakfast stations, ensuring presentation is appealing and stocked throughout service hours Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and food prep spaces, following sanitation protocols. Manage guest inquiries with friendly communication skills, providing excellent guest relations and service. Requirements Must be able to work Friday - Sunday Previous kitchen experience or food preparation background preferred Knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation standards Strong communication skills and friendly phone etiquette Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as cleaning and bussing tables Experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess or catering support is advantageous Join us to start your day with energy!
