As a Conveyor Attendant, you will ensure the proper seasoning is used on all machines and the correct product is channeled to each packing machine. Job Functions of this role include: Check gates and lines from fryers to packing machines to ensure proper product is run on each machine Wipeout and change over seasoners at the start of and periodically during the shift Check schedules to determine the correct seasoning to be used on each machine Make sure all allergen specific cleaning tools are clean, in good repair and stored in the proper location to prevent cross-contamination Clean any unscheduled packing machines Remove any empty seasoning barrels currently stored in the mezzanine area Compare schedules to inventory to determine how much seasoning is to be poured for the next shift Wipe down any unscheduled oscillator systems Fill required seasoning barrels for the next shift Keep work areas clean, orderly, and safe always
