Assists in preparing and setting up food service area under detailed instruction provided by the shift supervisor. Follows procedures in setting up hot and cold food lines. Choosing proper utensils for service Performs preparation duties such as slicing/dicing fruits and vegetables, and slicing meats. Weighing and measuring ingredients Following established recipes to prepare menu items. Providing customers with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing Perform cashiering duties, as needed. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Replenishes/restocks paper goods and disposable flatware at serving stations and guest area. Checks food temperatures and food storage equipment temperatures, ensuring temperatures comply with HACCP requirements. Serves food items to customers using appropriate portions, in a fast, friendly and efficient manner. Maintains clean work areas, including floors, equipment, washing dishes, trash removal, and guest seating area. Replenishes food as needed.
