Gettysburg College's Dining Services team is looking for a dependable, hardworking Food Service Worker to join our student dining center team!

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

Operate the dish machine and hand-wash pots and pans to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware Scrape, sort, load, and unload dishes and utensils throughout service Keep the dish room clean, organized, and sanitized, including operating the food dehydrator (Ecovim) Set up and maintain serving lines, ensuring food is labeled correctly and held at proper temperatures Serve menu items, restock supplies, and check meal cards as students and guests come through the line Clean and sanitize serving lines, coffee stations, and dining areas between meals Assist with special event setup, themed dinners, and catering as needed Perform light custodial duties and other tasks as assigned

Full-Time, Support Staff Qualifications No specific education or experience required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 40 lbs.)
