A Busser, Banquet Worker, or Cafeteria Attendant assists with food service at a restaurant, large banquet hall or cafeteria. Removes used dishes, sets tables with clean dishes and linens, replenishes foods served at food stations or buffet tables, and provides water, coffee or other beverages for patrons.

Our snack bar is the high-energy heart of the center, keeping our bowlers fueled up with classic favorites like pizza, burgers, nachos, and cold drinks. We are looking for dependable, friendly, and fast-paced team members to join our kitchen and counter crew. Responsibilities As a snack bar attendant, you will be the ultimate multi-tasker, handling everything from customer service to food preparation.
Main duties to include:
Guest Service:
welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders accurately, and answering menu questions with a friendly attitude. Point of Sale (POS): operating the cash register, processing cash, and card payments, and balancing your drawer at the end of your shift
Food Preparation:
cooking and assembling standard snack bar items (e.g., operating air fryers, and pizza ovens) while maintaining high quality and speed.
Cleanliness and Safety:
maintaining a spotless work area. This includes washing dishes, wiping down counters, clearing tables in the seating area, and emptying trash.
Restocking:
keeping food supplies, condiments, cups, and paper goods fully stocked throughout your shift
Compliance:

Experience:
previous food service or cash handling experience is a plus, but we are fully willing to train anyone with a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
Availability:
Must be regularly available to work our peak hours, which includes Friday nights, weekends, and holidays
Customer Focus:
excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor under pressure
Physical Stamina:
ability to stand and walk for the duration of a 6-to-8-hour shift, and the ability to safely lift and carry up to 30lbs (e.g., boxes of syrup, food inventory)
Legal Requirements:
must meet the minimum age requirement to operate commercial kitchen equipment (and serve alcohol if your snack bar serves beer/liquor). You must obtain a local food handler's permit within 30 days of hire (if required by your city/county)
