As a Dining Aide/Cook at St. Paul's, you will play a key role in our Food and Nutrition Department. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cooking, serving food, assisting with dietary needs, and maintaining a clean environment. You will ensure that safe and sanitary meals are prepared for our residents while fostering a positive relationship with other facility team members. Why You'll Love Working with

Washing pots and pans. Filling Villas and/or Heritage par stocks. Stocking supplies in neighborhood kitchens Pouring tumblers of milk needed in floor dining room. Cleaning of equipment in kitchen and Villas/Heritage kitchenette. Sweeping and mopping of floors Nourishments - preparing, delivering, and taking inventory. Preparing toast. Resetting Villas/Heritage dining rooms for breakfast, lunch and supper. Serving hot and cold beverages Passing desserts Transporting food to Villas kitchenettes Preparing second choice menu items and grilling sandwiches utilizing griddle and/or microwave Filling condiments. Completing dish machine, refrigerator/freezer, and food temperature documentation When re-setting Dining Room - check for proper adaptive equipment. Perform duties as described from cleaning list. -
