Summary:
AS A DIETARY
AIDE, you will perform meal service duties throughout the hospital. You will prepare and deliver nourishments to patient floors, receive and store food inventory, apply diet therapy in tray-line and production areas. You will facilitate communication between patients, nursing, and Nutrition Services.Other information:
Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent. 6+ months of previous kitchen area experience preferred Food preparation skills preferred- Food Safety
- HACCP
- Serv Safe Food Safety Course preferred
