Earn up to $15.00 per hour Flexible schedule Every other weekend rotation Comprehensive benefits package Meaningful work in a caring, team-oriented environment Make a positive impact on residents' comfort, health, and dignity Paid training and orientation with ongoing support Duties Assist with food production and meal preparation in accordance with dietary guidelines and safety standards Serve meals to residents or patients with professionalism and courtesy Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas through cleaning, sanitizing, and bussing tables Support the dietary department by assisting with food handling, portioning, and serving tasks Ensure timely delivery of meals while adhering to scheduled meal times Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols to promote a safe dining environment Experience Previous experience in restaurant environments is highly desirable Experience in food service roles such as serving or catering is preferred Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry is essential Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor About Concordia For more than 140 years, Concordia Lutheran Ministries has been committed to providing high-quality care to the residents we serve.
