The Hotel Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing guests with a positive breakfast experience by preparing and maintaining the breakfast area and offering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Set up and stock the breakfast buffet according to company standards and health code regulations. Prepare and cook breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, and waffles. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Replenish food and beverage items as needed throughout breakfast service. Greet guests warmly and assist them with any requests or questions. Ensure all food temperatures are maintained at safe levels. Clear and clean tables promptly after guests depart. Wash dishes and utensils used during breakfast service. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management. Assist with inventory and ordering of breakfast supplies. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Shift:

Saturday and Sundays 6 AM Start Time; Opportunity for full-time hours in the house-keeping department
