Brethren Village Retirement Community, in Lititz, PA, is hiring full-time and part-time Dietary Aides / Resident Dining Aides for our on-campus dining areas. Brethren Village provides competitive pay rates and $1.00 extra per hour for weekend work. Dining Aides have every other weekend off, and no late night work hours. Dining Aides provide exceptional service to Brethren Village's older adult Residents, including Residents with cognitive and physical limitations. Dining Aides set-up dining areas; deliver and serve meals to Residents; keep assigned dining areas clean and sanitary; consistently provide service in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner. Dining Aides also assist with large, on-campus catered events. Lead Resident Dining Aides help train, guide, and coordinate the work of other Dining staff ($17.60 / hour starting rate with 1 year of prior experience as a Dietary Aide). Dining Aides must be able to carry trays, push carts, stand and walk frequently during their shift; communicate effectively with older adult Residents; work independently and efficiently; consistently follow safe food handling protocols. Work Schedules Applicants must be able to work every other weekend and holiday. Full-time, benefits-eligible, 40 hours per week, year-round: schedules may vary and will include mornings plus afternoons; weekdays plus every other weekend and every other holiday (every other weekend and holiday off)

Part-time:
