Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests start their day off right with a delicious and satisfying breakfast experience. Work hours are 5am-11am.Duties:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
- Ensure food items are stocked and replenished promptly
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in meal preparation and serving as needed
- Brew fresh coffee and maintain beverage stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth breakfast service
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food service and kitchen etiquette
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Willingness to help wherever needed to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
