The breakfast host/hostess is responsible for preparing and serving the daily complimentary breakfast for hotel. This position starts at 5:00am/weekends required

Responsibilities:

Enhance customer experience by using natural talents and abilities. Setting up and tearing down serving dishes, trays, utensils, cups. Prepare and replenish food and beverages during breakfast hours. Clear and clean tables as they are vacated. Wipe up spills. Follow food handling safety standards. Follow personal hygiene standards. Follow food contamination prevention standards. Follow food storage standards. Closely monitor food time and temperatures. Follow pantry / breakfast area cleanliness and safety standards. Clean the dining area and reset for the next day's service Responsibilities will also include any task assigned by manager on duty.
