Responsibilities Prepare and present breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Set up buffet stations, replenish food supplies, and maintain attractive displays throughout service hours. Ensure all food handling follows strict food safety sanitizing procedures to protect guest health. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays. Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, portioning, and assembling breakfast items. Follow manual handling protocols when lifting or moving heavy items like bulk supplies or equipment. Support team members in food safety management and adhere to all food industry regulations. Handle weight-based tasks such as stocking supplies or setting up buffet stations with care and precision. Engage with guests courteously, offering assistance or recommendations to enhance their breakfast experience. Experience Required to have make a inventory breakfast list on what is needed to order. This is sent to Managment. Clean up kitchen after closing breakfast which is Washing the dishes, santizing tables, mopping kitchen, breakfast area daily. Candidates should bring a background in food service or hospitality environments—preferably with experience in fine dining or restaurant settings. Culinary experience is highly valued, along with knowledge of food safety standards and sanitizing procedures. Prior roles involving food preparation, serving, or operating kitchen equipment will be advantageous. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions and basic math skills are essential for accuracy in cash handling. A strong understanding of food safety management practices and customer service excellence will help you succeed in this energetic role.
