Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing and maintaining daily breakfast buffet according to established standards Replenish coffee/tea station, juice machines, hot food station, oatmeal, fruit, bread/muffins, cinnamon buns, dairy station, etc. Clean and sanitize tables Take out trash Respond to guest requests and questions in a timely, friendly manner Follow safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment Keep kitchen and breakfast room clean and well-maintained according to standards Ability to lift/move 50 pounds. This can involve bending and kneeling. Follow daily/weekly checklists and deep clean procedures. Rotate and maintain stock, ensuring items are to-date Tear down buffet, clean and sanitize areas, sweep/mop, and stock/prep breakfast for the following day. Tell your supervisor or duty manager about any unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents Prepare weekly stock orders as required Involves weekends and holidays, as we are open 24/7/365. ServSafe certificate required, though we are willing to help the right candidate get the certificate.
