Minimum 2 years experiance required. We're looking for a motivated, experienced and hands-on Manager to lead the daily operations of our small but bustling boba shop. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves great drinks and food, and knows how to create a warm and efficient experience for both customers and team members. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and a consistent flow during peak hours. Lead, train, and support a small team to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality customer service. Manage inventory and supplies, placing orders and tracking stock levels to avoid shortages. Ensure the space is clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards at all times. Operate and manage the POS system, and handle cash and card transactions accurately. Prepare drinks and light food items according to established recipes, with an emphasis on speed and consistency. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with a positive attitude. What We're Looking For Previous boba shop experience is required, or experience in a fast paced to-go cafe environment Strong leadership skills with experience managing in a fast-service food environment. Confident in handling busy periods while keeping service quality high. Familiarity with food safety practices and hygiene standards. Great with people - whether it's team members or customers, you communicate clearly and warmly. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, especially during rush hours.
