Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant cafe team! Duties Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and website updates. Take raw images/videos to later use for social media marketing Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies Manage, edit and post in a timely manner across social media platforms with appropriate captions and hashtags. Answer and maintain google reviews Coordinate print advertising efforts and assist in managing budgets for various marketing projects to ensure cost-effective results Requirements Proven experience in content writing and digital marketing within a hospitality setting is preferred Strong knowledge of social media marketing, and performance marketing techniques Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented attitude for cross-functional collaboration Prior experience in managing social media advertising campaigns and print advertising is a plus Prior food and cafe photography is a huge plus.
