Position Summary The Food & Bar Support Attendant assists with the preparation, finishing, and service of food items while supporting bar operations. This role works in a visible kitchen environment preparing light food items using rapid-cook equipment such as a TurboChef oven, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting the bar team with stocking and operational support. The position requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a friendly, guest-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Service (Approximately 80%) Prepare and finish menu items using rapid-cook equipment and simple prep techniques Plate and present food items to brand standards Perform light prep such as portioning, assembling ingredients, and organizing mise en place Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready kitchen area in a fully visible environment Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines Restock food items and supplies as needed Bar Support (Approximately 20%) Assist bartenders with bar back duties including stocking beer, wine, spirits, and glassware Replenish garnishes, ice, and bar supplies during service Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar work areas Assist with opening and closing duties Guest Interaction Provide friendly, professional interaction with guests when working in the open kitchen area Answer basic questions about menu items when appropriate Maintain an energetic and welcoming presence consistent with the Moxy brand atmosphere Qualifications Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Basic food safety knowledge preferred Comfortable working in a visible, guest-facing kitchen environment Team-oriented with strong communication skills Lexima is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status View all jobs at this company Upload Your Resume Accepted formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx Choose File Email Apply Now By clicking the Apply Now button and proceeding, I agree to the GetHired Terms of Service and Privacy Notice GetHired.com member?
