Breakfast Attendant Duties and Responsibilities Shift & Service Hours Shift Timing:
5:00 AM
•10:00/11:00
AM Breakfast Service Hours:
6:00 AM
•9:30 AM (Weekdays) | 6:00 AM
•10:00 AM (Weekends) Guest Relations & Property Knowledge Welcome each guest promptly and provide warm, personalized service. Assist guests with seating and coffee service, attending to all requests attentively. Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, beverage options, property amenities, hours of operation, and local attractions. Food Preparation & Station Setup Set out cold self-service items, including sweet rolls, muffins, pastries, and cereals. Prepare, stock, and maintain food stations, milk machines, juice dispensers, and coffee stations. Continually replenish breakfast items to ensure fresh, attractive presentation throughout service. Dining Area Maintenance & Cleanliness Keep dining tables, seats, and buffet areas continuously cleared, sanitized, and reset. Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready atmosphere in the dining room at all times.
