Julia Belle's Restaurant of Florence, SC is now seeking a FOH Assistant Service Manager. Duties will primarily include, but are not limited to the following: overseeing daily front-of-house business operations, managing the service staff, ensuring excellent guest hospitality and restaurant operations, administrational task of organization and data entry, and evaluating goals and meeting sales projections.

This person must be:

Dependable, a critical thinker, have good communication skills, be organized, sales goal motivated, hold principled values and a problem solver. A candidate who is a strong match for this position would already possess established experience in restaurant team leadership, be proficient in office administrative duties and participant in a vibrant sales team. This is not an entry level position. Position does offer advancement opportunities. This applicant must be able to work Monday - Saturday and have open availability including nightshift closings and weekends. Our hours of operation are 11am-9pm. We also cater.
