Duties Prepare and set up breakfast areas with fresh food items, beverages, and condiments to ensure an inviting presentation. Maintain strict sanitation procedures by cleaning tables, counters, kitchen equipment, and food prep areas regularly. Serve guests with friendly and prompt customer service, answering questions about menu items and dietary options. Monitor food safety standards by checking temperatures, freshness, and proper storage of all breakfast items. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for guest transactions while ensuring cash handling procedures are followed. Restock supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and food items to keep the breakfast station fully equipped. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy breakfast hours and assist with other duties as needed. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices is highly valued. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions accurately. Ability to follow detailed instructions on food safety protocols and hygiene standards. Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as part of a flexible schedule.
