This role assists with food preparation, customer service, order assembly, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient dining environment. Common Job Roles Food Service Worker Food Service Associate Restaurant Team Member Kitchen Support Associate Food Service Assistant Key Responsibilities Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient organization Prepare and assemble customer orders according to service standards Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Take orders and process payments accurately when required Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, counter, dining, and service areas Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and food preparation equipment Restock ingredients, beverages, packaging, and restaurant supplies Assist kitchen and restaurant staff during busy service periods Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Perform additional food service and restaurant duties assigned by management Requirements Previous restaurant, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads Preferred Skills Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices Experience with POS or restaurant ordering systems Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Good organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask while maintaining service quality Positive and professional attitude About the Company Liberty Park Grill provides restaurant and food service focused on quality meals, friendly hospitality, and a welcoming dining experience.
