Our Dining Services team plays an essential role in enhancing the daily experience of our residents. We are seeking a dependable and caring Dining Services Aide to join our team. Position Overview As a Dining Services Aide, you will support meal service and kitchen operations while helping create a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our residents. Key Responsibilities Prepare dining areas before meals and assist with cleanup afterward Serve meals to residents in a timely, friendly, and respectful manner Assist with plating and portioning meals according to dietary guidelines Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and kitchen areas Transport meal trays and supplies as needed Communicate with residents and staff to ensure satisfaction Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous food service or healthcare experience is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate and patient approach when working with residents Willingness to learn dietary guidelines and procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Paid training and onboarding Medical, dental, and vision benefits (for eligible employees) Paid time off (PTO) Supportive team environment with meaningful work Join a team where your work truly makes a difference every day.
