Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during the breakfast hours, ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and satisfying dining experience. You will manage the breakfast area, prepare food items, and maintain cleanliness while adhering to food safety standards. Duties Prepare and present a variety of breakfast items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with food, beverages, and utensils. Ensure all food items are stored properly and adhere to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by regularly cleaning tables, countertops, and equipment. Assist guests with their needs, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Monitor inventory levels of breakfast supplies and report any shortages to management. Qualifications Previous experience in food handling or preparation is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to communicate effectively. Must be able to work early morning shifts and maintain a flexible schedule.
