Key Responsibilities The daily routine involves balancing efficient food preparation with exceptional guest interaction to ensure a seamless morning service. You will be responsible for setting up the breakfast buffet, preparing hot and cold items according to brand standards, and continuously monitoring food levels to ensure nothing runs low during peak hours. Beyond food handling, you will maintain the cleanliness of the dining area by clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies such as utensils and napkins. When the service ends, you will handle the breakdown of the buffet, ensuring all leftovers are stored correctly and the kitchen area is sanitized and prepped for the following day. Throughout your shift, you will proactively engage with guests to answer questions, resolve any issues, and ensure everyone feels valued and well-cared for. Qualifications The ideal candidate possesses a natural drive for hospitality and the ability to thrive in an early morning environment. While prior experience in food service or hotel operations is beneficial, we prioritize candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude. You must be comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks at once, such as restocking food while simultaneously attending to a guests request.
