Assistant Manager (Community Marketing & Catering) | Plano & McKinney, TX Cafes Keke's Breakfast Cafe is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven leader to join our management team and support our growing cafes in Plano and McKinney . This is not your typical Assistant Manager role. While you'll partner with the General Managers in these two cafes to support daily operations, the primary focus of this position is Local Store Marketing (LSM), Catering Sales, and Community Outreach . We're looking for someone who loves connecting with people, building partnerships, and finding creative ways to bring new guests through our doors. What You'll Do Partner with the General Managers to support restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences every day. You will run a shift or two a few days a week to stay connected to the cafes and hte leadership team. Lead Local Store Marketing efforts by building relationships with local businesses, schools, hospitals, apartment communities, community organizations, and networking groups throughout Plano and McKinney. Own and grow our Catering Program by generating new business, managing catering orders, delivering exceptional service, and building long-term client relationships. Represent Keke's in the community through chamber events, fundraisers, sponsorships, grand openings, business networking events, and strategic outreach initiatives. Drive sales growth and brand awareness through grassroots marketing, community engagement, promotional events, and creative local partnerships. Help create a culture of hospitality and excellence by coaching team members, supporting training efforts, and ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience every visit.
