Job Summary Join us as a Game Day Staff member at the upcoming Hiring Fair at Allen Center! This energetic role is perfect for individuals passionate about creating memorable experiences, ensuring safety, and delivering exceptional guest service during exciting sporting events and community gatherings. As a vital part of our event team, you will help manage the food and beverage operations. We are looking for cashiers, servers, bartenders, cooks, stewards, game day leads and warehouse associates! What You'll Do Depending on your position, responsibilities may include: Provide friendly, efficient service to guests during games and special events. Prepare, serve, and/or deliver food and beverages. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and accurately process transactions. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work areas. Assist with event setup, restocking, breakdown, and cleanup. Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service requirements. Receive, organize, stock, and distribute food, beverages, and supplies. Work collaboratively with culinary, concessions, premium, warehouse, and operations teams. Deliver excellent guest service while working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong customer-service skills. Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled events. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules. Previous food service, hospitality, restaurant, warehouse, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required for all positions.
