Dish Society in Mueller is looking for energetic, detail-oriented team members to join our front-of-house crew as bussers. You ll help keep tables clean, dining areas organized, and service moving smoothly so every guest can enjoy a welcoming experience.
We re fast casual guests order at the counter, grab their own drinks, and enjoy an elevated experience without the white tablecloths. With our seasonal chef-driven menu, busy weekend brunches, and lively patio, a dependable busser is essential to keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and ready for every rush.
What Does a Busser Do at Dish Society? At Dish Society, bussers are key to a smooth guest experience. They keep the dining room clean and welcoming, support the front-of-house team, and make sure tables are ready for the next guests quickly and safely.
Here s what you ll be doing: Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and thoroughly Keep the dining room, patio, beverage station, and service areas clean and guest-ready Pre-bus tables and remove used dishes, glassware, and trash throughout the guest experience Deliver dishes to the dish area and sort them safely and efficiently Restock utensils, napkins, cups, condiments, and other front-of-house supplies Sweep floors, wipe surfaces, manage spills, and help maintain sanitary work areas Assist with running food and supporting guests when needed Communicate with cashiers, servers, food runners, and kitchen teammates to keep service moving Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety standards Stay aware of table turnover and jump in wherever the team needs support
