In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests enjoying our breakfast service, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable mornings for our guests, setting the tone for their entire day. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure a hygienic environment at all times Assist with food handling, portioning, and basic food preparation tasks in accordance with health regulations Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while providing excellent in-person customer service Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth breakfast service throughout the shift Adhere to manual handling guidelines when lifting or moving food items and supplies, maintaining safety at all times Skills Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing inventory Knowledge of wine pairing or beverage service is a plus but not required Experience with POS systems and handling weight in the workplace ensures smooth operations Culinary experience or catering background enhances ability to deliver high-quality breakfast offerings Familiarity with food industry standards, hospitality practices, and food handling regulations Join our team as a Breakfast Attendant where your enthusiasm fuels exceptional guest experiences every morning!
