Job Description
Located in South Austin/Buda. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in making customers happy and ensuring the smooth operation of our food truck. Also, expect to have fun.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food truck
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations
- Ensure food safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficiency in operating a POS (Point of Sale) system
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively
- Familiarity with cash register operations
- Experience in the food service industry is helpful
