Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food truck
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations
• Ensure food safety procedures are followed at all times
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Skills:

• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Proficiency in operating a POS (Point of Sale) system
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
• Ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively
• Familiarity with cash register operations
• Experience in the food service industry is helpful
