The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring smooth operations between the front and back of the house. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover. Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently after guests depart. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, tables, and restrooms. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding guest needs and special requests. Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns with professionalism. Support food service operations by assisting with food delivery when necessary. Utilize POS systems, such as Aloha POS, to process orders accurately when required. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and engagement. Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members. Familiarity with hotel or guest services is a plus. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
